Costs run around $1,000 for the removal of hair on the face, and from $2,000 to $3,000 for hair removal from the legs and pubic area.

Similar to the Laser treatment above, this FDA approved Pulsed Laser process utilizes a pulsed light beam to eradicate the follicles of the hair. This method is especially effective for removing hair from the sensitive armpit and the bikini area. This advanced procedure eliminates any restrictions regarding skin tone, tanning, or hair color. Costs range from $500 to $2,000 and up, dependent upon the area of the body treated.

Temporary removal of unwanted hair methods include a number of hair removal creams, shaving, plucking, waxing, and more irregular routines. What a unique contradiction. While it seems like half the adults are committing billions of dollars to grow new hair, make it shiny and soft, or have it cut just right, the remainder of us are laying out our hard earned cash trying to get rid of it!
