Easy
Removal of
Pubic
Hair
If you have hair growth afflictions like hypertrichosis or
hirsutism, or hair is just growing in sites that bother you,
there are many very effective hair removal options for you to
choose from. There are fundamentally two kinds of hair removal
processes.
'Permament' routines look to do away with unwanted hair for
good. Sometimes these procedures can be semi-permanent and have
to be repeated over again. Temporary hair removal methods
provide results for for a short period of time and are
dependent on the body's metabolic rate and resulting hair
growth rate.
Many modern women treat hair removal as a.
Females shave their armpits and legs, shape their
eyebrows, and have pubic hair trimmed or removed to
accommodate today's fashion styles. Some men also shave
some of their more hairy locations for cosmetic effect,
and most men shave their faces and necks unless they are
by choice growing a beard, goatee, or moustache. And do
not forget that there are medical reasons for getting rid
of hair and just plain old 'because' reasons too.
Electrolysis is a standard treatment that treats each hair
follicle one by one by introducing a needle into the hair
follicle and applying an electric charge. This treatment can go
on for months dependent upon the location and size of the area
where treatments are being applied. These treatments can be
somewhat painful, and there can be side effects that can
include the possibility of scaring and infection. Expenses can
be as high as $1,000 to $3,000 for the pubic area or legs.
Laser removal of unwanted hair is an FDA approved treatment
which should only be performed by a licensed and trained
professional. Though this process is somewhat complex
essentially, a concentrated laser beam is utilized to kill the
hair follicles. This is a relatively painless procedure which
works best on patients who have light colored skin and a dark
colored hair. People with a deep tan should not consider this
procedure. Expenses are about $1,000 for the removal of hair
around the face area, and anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 for
pubic hair removal of
unwanted hair from the pubic area or legs.
Similar to LASER treatment, this FDA approved Pulsed Laser
treatment employs a pulsed light beam to eliminate the hair
follicles. This process is extremely effective for removing
hair from the underarms and the bikini area. There are no
restrictions regarding skin fairness, tanning, or hair color.
Expect to pay from $500 to $2,000 and up, depending upon the
treatment area.
Non permanent removal of unwanted hair methods include a
number of hair removal creams, shaving, tweezing, waxing, and
more exotic treatments. What a contrast of purpose. While
millions of balding and hair thinning people are committing
billions of dollars to develop new hair, make it soft and
managable, or have it cut that special way, the remainder of us
are laying out our bucks seeking to get rid of it!
