Lazer

Finding your hair is growing in locations where it
shouldn't? There are many very effective hair removal choices
for you to choose from, including lazer hair removal. There are
essentially two categories of hair removal procedures.
'Permament' routines look to do away with unwanted hair in
such a way that it never returns. Sometimes these techniques
are only semi-permanent and require the process to be repeated
over a period of time. Temporary hair
removal methods work for for a limited time and are
contingent on the body's metabolic rate and resulting hair
growth rate.
Most modern females approach hair removal
as part of their normal cosmetic routine. Ladies shave
their underarms and legs, shape their eyebrows, and have
pubic hair trimmed or taken off to fit today's styles.
Some men also shave their body hair for cosmetic puposes,
and almost all men shave their faces unless they are
intentionally growing it out as a beard, goatee, or
moustache. There are always medical reasons for getting
rid of hair and just plain old 'because' reasons as
well.
Does Electrolysis Work?
Electrolysis treats every hair follicle individually by
introducing a needle into the hair follicle and administering
an electric charge. This exercise can go on for months
dependent upon the dimension of the area undergoing treatment.
This is a relatively painful process, and side effects can
include infection and scarring occasionally. Expenses can be as
high as $1,000 to $3,000 for the pubic area or legs.
Lazer Hair
Removal
Lazer hair removal is an FDA approved treatment that
requires it to be administered by a licensed and trained
practitioner. When you are undergoing this procedure, a small
laser beam is used to destroy the hair follicles. The treatment
is a relatively painless procedure which works best on patients
who have fair skin and dark hair. People with a deep tan should
not consider this procedure. Costs run around $1,000 for the
removal of hair on the face, and a range from $2,000 to $3,000
for hair removal from the pubic area or legs.
A more advanced laser treatment, this FDA approved Pulsed
Laser procedure uses a pulsed light beam to kill the follicles
of the hair. This method is especially effective for getting
rid of hair from the more sensitive underarms and the groin or
bikini area. There are no restrictions regarding skin fairness,
tanning, or hair color. Expect to pay from $500 to $2,000 and
up, dependent upon which area of the body is treated.
Non permanent hair removal methods include a multitude of
hair removal creams, shaving, pulling, waxing, and more
irregular procedures. What a contrast of purpose. While
millions of balding and hair thinning people are spending
billions of dollars to foster new hair, make it shiny and
healthy, or have it cut just right, the remainder of us are
laying out our dollars trying to get rid of it!
